For the SOC (Security Operations Centre), which is running 24x7x365 and operated by T-Systems for the purposes of the pan-European Secure Network connecting European institutions with the administrations of EU Member States, Binary Confidence is providing comprehensive services in security monitoring design, implementation and operation that have significantly helped the Centre to increase its maturity level and pass the acceptance procedure, including the preparation and periodic testing in Business Continuity Management and IT Service Continuity Management for the European Commission.

Binary Confidence has brought in their security specialists to our IT team to continually take care of our environment without having to hire them in-house. We appreciate the quick onboarding process into their SOC with minimal involvement from our staff.

We consider our partnership with Binary Confidence to be a great step towards improving the security of our clients IT environments. Their Security Operations Centre’s technology and well-defined processes make it possible to detect, analyze and respond to security incidents quickly and in a very professional manner.

The simulated exercise for our SOC team prepared by Binary Confidence tested our detection capabilities of attacks and the overall management of security incidents. SIMEX pointed out interesting ideas to implement in our team’s soft skills and confirmed good technical knowledge or individual skills of individual members. We will be happy to repeat the exercise again in a few months.
