We provide our clients with 24/7 network and infrastructure monitoring, security incident resolution, protection against cyberattacks, defense strategies, consulting, and a range of other cybersecurity services.

Job description, authority and responsibility

  1. Active search and acquisition of new customers:
    • Lead generation - Identifying market opportunities and approaching potential clients.
  2. Presentation of services and products:
    • Conducting initial meetings with the intention of understanding the customer's security needs, presenting the benefits of our products and services.
  3. Preparation of offers and negotiation of terms:
    • Preparation of offers and quotations for clients based on their specific needs and requirements.
    • Negotiating terms of cooperation, including prices, scope of services and contractual terms.
    • Responsibility for the successful closing of deals.
  4. Maintaining customer relationships:
    • After the deal is closed, maintain regular communication with the customer to ensure they are satisfied with the service deployment and solution.
    • Identify additional client needs that could lead to upselling or cross-selling additional services (e.g., additional security products or services).
  5. Ongoing reporting and updating of CRM:
    • Regular recording of all business activities, meetings and procedures in the CRM system.
    • Reporting performance to supervisor including status of business opportunities, pipeline and estimated closures.
  6. Maintaining high market and product knowledge:
    • Ensuring up-to-date knowledge of services as well as competitors and trends in cybersecurity.
    • Continually educate oneself on new security technologies and solutions in order to effectively advise clients and respond to their needs.
  7. Cooperation with other departments.
  8. Coordination with the technical team in the deployment of services and products.
  9. Collaborating with marketing to create sales materials and supporting documentation for clients.
 

Personal qualifications and skills

  • University degree, preferably IT,
  • Ready to handle negotiations in English language,
  • 3y+ exp sales, preferably in IT/cybersecurity,
  • IT background is a plus,
  • Fast learner, structured, precize, proactive, excellent with people, hands on attitude, positive mindset,
  • Self motivated , hunter and farmer
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
