Job description, authority and responsibility

We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented team member who has basic accounting knowledge, enjoys working with numbers and Excel, and is focused on accuracy. You will collaborate closely with the Finance Director, Financial Specialist, and Project Manager.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Recording and organizing accounting documents, preparing them for approval, and processing them for the external accounting firm.
Matching payments with invoices.
Processing travel expense reports.
Providing administrative support for the finance and project teams.
