Job description, authority and responsibility

We are looking for a Financial Specialist to help us keep finances under control, implement more efficient processes, and automate workflows. You won’t be working alone—you’ll collaborate closely with our CFO. If you enjoy working with numbers, corporate finance excites you, and you want to be involved in financial management, we’d love to meet you!

Your main responsibilities will include:

Financial Operations & Control – Processing accounting documents, record-keeping, and sharing with an external accounting firm.
Reporting & Analysis – Preparing financial reports for the company and business units, tracking project profitability.
Cash Flow & Planning – Monitoring cash flow, simple budgeting, and financial planning.
Coordination with External Accounting Firm – Managing financial statements, communication with accountants, monitoring VAT payments, tax prepayments, and other tax-related obligations.
Invoice Management – Issuing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Payment Processing – Managing payments, reconciling transactions, monitoring receivables and liabilities.

Personal qualifications and skills

Experience in finance, accounting, or financial controlling (2+ years).
Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of numbers and processes.
Proficiency in Excel and financial tools.
Eagerness to grow in corporate finance.
Desire to improve financial processes and contribute to company growth.
Communicative, friendly, and positive mindset. :)
