The only information we collect as a data controller is your personal data to the extent necessary for the aforementioned purposes, unless you have explicitly provided us with additional personal data (for example, in a message you sent to us). Personal data is stored and processed only for the period necessary in relation to the purpose of processing. We use MailChimp as a processor for managing newsletters sent via email.
Mailchimp may process your email outside of EU but Mailchimp Incorporates the EU’s Standard Contractual Clauses in Data Processing Addendum contract which forms part of Standard Terms of Use and applies to customer data protected by EU laws. Otherwise your data are processed solely within EU.
We do not use your personal information for any automated decision-making nor profiling.

1/ Job Application Form
If there is an advertised job vacancy within any of our teams and you express interest in it, we will request your first and last name, email address, educational background, experience, and résumé in order to assess, based on your job application, whether you are a suitable candidate for an interview. The processing of such data is necessary for entering into a contract with you as an individual or for taking certain steps prior to entering into a contract based on the interest you have expressed. Your personal data will be retained as long as the advertised position remains open. If we do not select you as a suitable candidate for the given position but wish to retain your résumé for a longer period, we will ask for your consent to keep your résumé for one year. We would also seek your consent to retain your résumé if there were no advertised job openings, but you would like to provide us with your personal data in case we might need someone like you in the future.
If we were to enter into a contract with you, we may request additional personal data which is necessary for the conclusion of the contract without which we would not be able to conclude the contractual relationship.
2/ Subscribe to Articles/Newsletter
You provide your email address for the purpose of receiving useful articles (newsletter) that may relate to our services, information and cybersecurity, or the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect your email address to send you useful articles (newsletter) via email. We process your email address if we have received it based on the consent you provided on our website. No other personal data is required, and we will not request any additional personal data from you. We keep your personal data confidential in our systems for the duration of the consent we have obtained.
You can unsubscribe from receiving useful articles (newsletter) at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in any of the emails you have received from us, or by contacting us via phone at +421 2321 9980 or by sending an email to info@binconf.com.
If you call us or email us please state that you are withdrawing your consent for receiving useful articles or newsletters from us. We will send you consent reminder every 24 months for confirming your ongoing interest in our service, if you withdraw your consent or don’t respond to our consent reminder we will stop processing your personal information, stop sending you useful articles and delete your personal information from our system.
3/ Contact Sales form
If you express your interest for a specific service that we provide, and register your personal information through our ‘contact sales’ form, the processing of your name, email and phone number will be based on the necessity for a contract with you as an individual or to take a specific steps before entering into a contract with you based on your expressed interest. We would keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary to fulfil your request or questions.
If we were to enter into a contract with you, we may request additional personal data which is necessary for the conclusion of the contract without which we would not be able to conclude the contractual relationship.
4/ Contact Us form
If we receive your request for information or your message that you intentionally wrote to us on our webpage together with providing your email address, we have legitimate interest to process your email address in order to respond back to you with additional or required / requested information. We need your email address in order to be able to respond back to you. To be able to follow up on potential additional questions or conversation with you, we will keep your message and its content and your email address on our systems for period of 2 months after last conversation date with you. We may process additional personal information only if they are included in your message that you wrote to us manifestly and intentionally subject to the retention period outlined in previous sentence. 5/ Incident Response query
If you experience breach, an incident or a cyber attack and you would request our help or consultation by getting in touch with us by calling us or sending us an email, we will process your personal information (usually your name, email and phone number) based on our legitimate interest in order to respond back to you and provide information or help that is required. We would keep your name and contact details (usually phone number or email so we can get back to you with necessary information) for as long as it is necessary to fulfil your request and additional questions you may have.

Exercising your rights is free of charge and we will fulfil your requests within 1 month. If we cannot fulfil your rights, because of our legitimate or legal grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms or to protect rights and freedoms of data subject(s) or if the processing is carried out in reason of important public interest, we will also contact you back within 1 month with this information and explanation of our compelling legitimate grounds.
